Processing of personal data

We do not collect, store or process personal data, except for practical contact information required for business relationship management, such as contact names, titles, email addresses, work addresses and telephone numbers provided by our business partners themselves.

 

Cookies in the website

Google Analytics cookies are used in the website to collect user data for generating statistical information. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., that enables us to track website traffic on a general level and analyze site usage and improve our service.

The user cannot be identified from the data collected. A cookie containing an anonymous, unique identifier is stored on the terminal using the website. During a site visit, technical information is collected, such as the pages the user has viewed, the date, time, location, the browser and operating system versions used, the operator, and information about the website from which our site was accessed.

Some of our sites may use plug-ins from social networking sites, such as Facebook or YouTube. In our chatbots we utilize Landbot platform. You can identify the plug-in from the logo of the service in question. When you visit a page and use the plug-in, your browser connects to the social networking service and displays the content from the service to you. At the same time, the service receives information about your visit to our website and other information such as your IP address.

Some cookies are deleted immediately when ending the browsing session, while some cookies remain on your computer or mobile device. If you wish, you can delete cookies from your internet browser settings.

Some sites use the AddThis link sharing service, which allows content to be shared across different community services.
